NON-POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL CIVIL SOCIETY
This article attempts to go beyond the description of traditional institutions of international relations and analyze the issues of legal personality and activities of international non-governmental organizations in the context of the development of global civil society institutions. Over the past hundred years, international non-governmental organizations have deservedly and rightfully established themselves as participants in international relations. However, scientists are arguing about the legal personality of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and their influence on international relations in general. Exploring the scientific literature on the problems of global society, this article attempts to identify and systematize approaches to what forms can be given to the process of globalization. To explain the scientific development of the phenomenon of globalization, the article presents different theoretical positions. It is concluded that the globalization of relations in the world community naturally actualizes the problem of the globalization of civil society.
