In an era of global instability and geopolitical transformation of the world, there are three main subjects of international relations - the USA, China, the Russian Federation and numerous objects for creating centers of “controlled chaos”, including Ukraine, around Taiwan and Israel. An illegal subject of international relations remains in the shadows – American neoconservatives, conditionally playing the role of a “world government”. A feature of all of these actors is their unshakable confidence in victory. Their stakes are greater than the world.
